Hi, we are Sue and Armando. Every endeavor starts with a vision and ours took place while at an Arts Fair. We were mesmerized by the pizzas coming out of a blazing fire inside a dome made out something that looked like stucco. Two years later, after lots of reading, mentoring by some very generous people and jumping through a bunch of bureaucratic hoops, our vision is became a reality.
For the last twelve years we have been creating our artisanal pies fresh and hot at all varieties of events.
In 2023 we welcomed our beautiful new Italian oven that can operate with wood and/or propane. We call it Bambino Pomodoro.
With our specialty oven, we have three major goals: to earn a simple living while making delicious fresh pizza, to provide a friendly and engaging food experience, and last but not least to have as much fun as possible!
